We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Leader to oversee and drive our marketing efforts in the United Arab of Emirates. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM plans and marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives in UAE and managing the country’s marketing team.
You must be an Arabic native speaker and fluent in English , must have been raised in UAE or have been managing markets operating in UAE.
You must have the right to work in the UAE with a valid residency – i.e. you do not need sponsorship to work in UAE.
- An experienced and passionate marketing leader that is comfortable developing and executing marketing strategies , is creative and analytical and cares a lot about developing our brand, values and mission statement
- Someone that has ideally written or is able to write the roadmap for a best in class brand
- You have a proven record of delivering successful omni channel campaigns focused on brand awareness and user acquisition, that drive audience engagement while always monitoring what users love
- Someone with consumer app experience with a track record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills
- A sophisticated understanding of the media landscape, ideally coupled with agency experience or excellent consumer app experience
Day to Day
- You will be developing and leading the brand marketing strategy for Muzz in the UAE
- Develop, elevate and drive brand strategy and omni channel campaign execution and own brand health initiatives
- Ideate, curate, deliver and manage creative and strategic marketing campaigns that drive organic sign ups alongside always-on marketing efforts that help us build our brand
- Manage external agencies and internal resources to develop integrated campaigns (briefing, providing strategic feedback, production)
- Help us build our content strategy: Analyse consumer and audience insights to translate them into marketing personas and strategies/activations
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally with data science, product marketing, brand and studio teams to drive progress against key business objectives
- Be analytical & data-driven in all decision making and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on brand awareness and user acquisition
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of marketing specialists in your country; Bring your skills, experiences and previous learnings on board and help forge a world class collaborative culture
- Be accountable to driving growth and impact across all key business KPIs and subKPIs: Organic Sign ups , CPI, Organic Search, Brand health etc
- Report monthly on progress and results of campaigns/initiatives to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience as a brand marketing manager on brand side, or extensive experience agency side , with the ability to showcase brand building work
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- A track record as a senior marketing leader with direct experience leading highly visible omni channel marketing campaigns in the UAE
- Consumer app experience with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and has ability to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills,
- A solid understanding of the Muslim culture, ability to envision who the brand should be work with that align with muzz vision, ideally coupled with agency experience or excellent consumer app experience
