Job Description

411_3484767

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale ShieldNet Access, our secure access solution designed for SMEs. You will take end-to-end ownership of the product, from early-stage discovery and 0→1 building, to go-to-market execution, to scaling adoption with real customers. You’ll work at the intersection of cybersecurity, user experience, and business impact, building a product that is both secure by design and intuitive for non-technical users.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Build (0 → 1 and beyond)

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ShieldNet Access
  • Lead discovery from first principles, identify real SME pain points in secure access
  • Make high-quality product tradeoffs in a technically complex (security) domain

2. Own Go-To-Market (GTM)

  • Design and execute product-led and sales-assisted GTM strategies
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and partnerships to position the product
  • Define target segments, ICP, and value propositions
  • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback

3. Stay Close to Customers

  • Spend significant time with customers and prospects (calls, demos, onsite if needed)
  • Translate real-world usage into product insights and prioritization
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally
  • Validate assumptions quickly through tight feedback loops

4. Drive Execution

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to ship high-quality features
  • Ensure fast iteration cycles without compromising security principles
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, activation)

Ideal Candidate Must-Have

  • 5+ years in Product Management, with at least:
    • a. Experience building 0→1 products or launching new product lines
    • b. Strong ownership of GTM strategy and execution
  • Proven ability to talk to customers, extract insights, and translate them into product decisions
  • Experience working in B2B products (preferably SaaS or cybersecurity)
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Strong Plus

  • Experience in cybersecurity, networking, or access control (ZTNA, VPN, IAM)
  • Experience building for SMEs (simplicity + usability constraints)
  • Technical fluency, able to work closely with engineers on architecture-level discussions

How You Think

  • You are customer-obsessed, not feature-obsessed
  • You are hands-on, you don’t wait for perfect data
  • You think in systems and tradeoffs, especially in security vs usability
  • You are commercially sharp, you understand how products win in the market
