We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of ultra-luxury residential interior fit‑out projects — including bespoke villas, penthouses, and private residences.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands that luxury is in the detail — from precision shop drawings to flawless final handover.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading end‑to‑end luxury fit‑out project delivery
• Managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and site execution
• Reviewing shop drawings, mock‑ups, and material submittals
• Managing high‑end clients, consultants & designers
• Overseeing commercial aspects, variations & final accounts
• Driving exceptional quality and craftsmanship standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–12+ years of interior fit‑out experience
• Strong background in luxury residential projects (villas / penthouses)
• Deep knowledge of high‑end materials, finishes & European furniture brands
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• PMP is a plus
• Strong leadership & client‑facing experience
