Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in MEP projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process in MEP projects to ensure cost efficiency and project success.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for MEP projects.




• Conduct on-site visits to assess progress, identify potential cost variations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.




• Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements and resolve any disputes related to quantities and costs.




• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to provide cost advice and accurate financial reporting.




• Analyze project costs, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and provide accurate forecasting to support project decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.




• At least X years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects.




• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and materials.




• Proficiency in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and budget management.




• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
