This firm is a Swiss wealth management company based in Dubai, offering bespoke services to private, external asset managers, and institutional clients. They provide a range of offerings including investment advisory, direct access trading, alternative investments, and comprehensive reporting, combining Swiss precision with regional market opportunities.
- UHNWI Client Acquisition (“Hunting”): Proactively identify, target, and acquire new Ultra-High Net Worth Individual clients across Europe and the Middle East to significantly grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Relationship Management & Portfolio Growth (“Farming”): Cultivate and expand relationships with existing UHNWI clients, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions and ensuring portfolio growth.
- Tailored Financial Solutions: Design and implement bespoke investment strategies that align with the unique financial goals, risk profiles, and liquidity requirements of UHNWI clients.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, compliance frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions of operation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and product specialists to deliver seamless client service and leverage the firm’s full suite of offerings.
- Possesses 7+ years of progressive wealth management experience , specifically with a proven track record in managing and growing UHNWI client relationships .
- Demonstrates exceptional ability in both “hunting” (acquiring new UHNWI clients) and “farming” (deepening existing client relationships) to expand AUM.
- Holds relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CFA, CISI, CFP, or equivalent) and a strong understanding of complex financial strategies for UHNWIs.
- Is highly knowledgeable about global economic trends, market developments, and relevant regulatory requirements across European and Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
- Exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills , strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term trust-based relationships within a dynamic and competitive international environment.
