Responsibilities
- Automotive Spare Parts, Battery, Lubricants Sales; on time payment collection, order processing, ensure deliveries, sales returns & warranty handling; facilitate customer needs and requests in an informative, productive and efficient manner.
- Greet customers, help them locate parts, Batteries & Lubricants requirements and educate them on the full ordering process.
- Create and develop a new customer base in allotted territory dealers like workshops, service centers, rent-a-cars, car washing stations, taxi fleets, government sectors; mainly B2B sales only.
- Align to market guidelines, pricing strategies, operating budget, and brand strategies as core competencies for success.
- Work with Sales Director/Sales Manager to assign customers and drive business growth.
- Understand market perspective and align it via information gathering, map account strategy and develop action plans to improve results per category and per brand for assigned customers.
- Conduct and lead negotiations for annual business development agreements.
- Enhance and increase the customer base and share of wallet per customer; increase sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor all customer-related activities including financials, logistics, and technical aspects.
- Ensure on-time and in-full delivery of reports.
- Carry out other tasks/duties as assigned by the superior.
- Inform new products/part numbers needed as per product lines in the allotted area.
- Follow credit policy and ensure timely payment collections from all dealers.
- Build and manage top-to-top positive business relationships with customers.
- Handle warranty/returns on time with customers.
- Engage in marketing activities and sales promotions; inform clients about benefits.
- Perform detailed analysis of trends, brand shares, sales category, promotion evaluation and volume performance per outlet and assigned customers.
- Monitor and report on competitors’ activities, prices, and market shares on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong knowledge of automotive Oil/Lubricants and Spare Parts & Battery sales is required.
- Proven working sales experience in automotive aftermarket Oil/Lubricants, Spare Parts & Battery in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ Dhaid market is required.
- English language skills in verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with ERP – SAP and Microsoft Office: Excel.
- Driving License is must.
