Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SQA Engineer who will lead the quality assurance efforts across web mobile and API platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing be detail-oriented and have experience working in agile teams. Familiarity and Python is a strong plus.

As a Senior SQA Automation Engineer you will

  • Define test strategies test plans and test cases for large-scale applications (web mobile API)
  • Lead and mentor junior QA team members and ensure best practices are followed
  • Execute and automate test cases logging defects and following up until resolution
  • Design and implement automated test frameworks (Selenium Appium REST Assured Postman etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with developers product managers and DevOps teams in agile environments
  • Perform regression performance usability and exploratory testing
  • Ensure continuous improvement in testing methodology and quality standards
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software QA (including both manual and automation testing)
  • Proven experience in testing web mobile and APIs
  • Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium Appium TestNG JUnit Postman REST Assured
  • Strong experience with testing RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with version control and CI tools (Git Jenkins Azure DevOps)
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
  • Experience with .NET and/or Python is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
