About the Role
Define and oversee the structure and implementation of strategic initiatives, developing detailed work plans, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and formulating actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key business partners to facilitate comprehensive planning processes, ensuring alignment with sound business recommendations and corporate strategy.
- Create and coordinate plans for departments, segments, countries, and subsidiaries, ensuring they align with and support the overall corporate strategic direction.
- Assist in Merger & Acquisition projects.
- Build forecasts and analytical models to provide insights into future scenarios, enabling proactive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Conduct thorough analysis of competitors, focusing on technical, production, manufacturing, and construction capabilities to identify potential threats.
- Perform competitive analyses to uncover gaps and opportunities in the marketplace, guiding strategic growth initiatives.
- Select and apply appropriate frameworks, tools, and methodologies to effectively tackle strategic challenges.
- Leverage expertise in areas such as business model development, financial modeling, product portfolio planning, organizational strategy, channel strategies, and customer/market research.
Qualifications
- Masters degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably consulting or boutique firms experience.
