Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design environment.
- 5 years of experience managing people or teams.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and programming languages (e.g., C#, Kotlin, or Javascript).
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience managing programs.

In this role, you will lead a team of UX engineers working on a spectrum of XR devices, from glasses to virtual reality (VR) headsets. You will foster a culture of technical excellence and creative problem-solving, guiding the team to transform conceptual ideas into functional, high-fidelity prototypes that define the future of XR interaction. Your role demands a passion for emerging technologies and the ability to inspire rapid experimentation and iterative design within the engineering process.For decades, the computing revolution has reshaped our world driven by breakthroughs in compute, connectivity, mobile, and now, AI. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of UX engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development issues.
- Explore product concepts to find promising directions that address both human and business needs.
- Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
- Deliver engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.
