This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the Group IT-wide service continuity program, including maintaining a dashboard of services with their continuity status, planning, preparation, and testing to ensure the bank can operate during serious incidents or disasters with minimal business interruption.

The Service Resilience and Continuity team ensures availability, performance, capacity, resilience, and operational requirements are met by delivery teams. They also maintain a service criticality tiering framework across Group IT services, including international entities, to enable pragmatic investments in resilience and risk mitigation.

This position is crucial for driving service resilience and recoverability across IT Operations, including international entities, and aims to establish the organization as a trusted partner of the business.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in complex environments characterized by high availability, high transaction rates, and geographical diversity.
• Experience working with high-performing cross-functional teams in complex technology settings.
• At least 3 years in IT Operations within an organization of over 4,000 users, with a minimum of 4 years in banking.
• At least 2 years in IT service performance engineering, design capability, service delivery, or transition.

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in IT Service Management with core operations competency.
• Functional and technical understanding of critical application systems and infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of application/infrastructure risks, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
