Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell service contracts, including annual maintenance, repair, modernization, and refurbishment for elevators and escalators.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high client satisfaction.
3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
5. Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
6. Maintain records of customer communications and sales activity in the CRM system.

The Work You’ll Do

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree, Diploma, or Vocational qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
2. 2-5 years of solid experience in sales within the elevator and escalator service industry.
3. Strong communication and report-writing skills.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.
5. Arabic speaking is a plus.
6. Valid UAE driving license.
