• Design and develop Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and automation systems, including security, fire alarms, access control, and Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Prepare detailed project estimation documents, including cost analysis, materials, labour, and timelines, based on client specifications and engineering data.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project needs, provide technical solutions, and create system layouts and schematics.
• Conduct site surveys, identify system requirements, and propose optimized designs to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in ELV and automation systems, and incorporate best practices into designs.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Design & Estimation, preferably within the Smart Home Automation, ELV, or BMS systems in Dubai.
• SIRA certification is a must.
• KNX and Lutronknowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
