Location: UAE site based
Contract: 36 months

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities for a large Thermal PP-CCGT project.
• Act as main interface between employer EPC/EPCM contractor and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE quality schedule and contractual requirements.
• Chair coordination meetings manage risks and resolve site issues.
• Validate work methods ITPs and progress reports; support commissioning handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical Electrical Civil or equivalent.
• 15 years experience on thermal power plants including PP-CCGT.
• Proven track record as Site / Construction Manager on large power projects.
• Strong leadership stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English; ability to work in multicultural environments.
