Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 5 years of experience in software engineering or related technical fields.
- 3 years of experience debugging issues relating to hardware, test setup, firmware, and software.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience with abuse detection.
- 3 years of experience with AI algorithms.
- Experience with Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply on complex issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI to automate and enhance T&S operations, enabling teams to scale their user protection impact efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments, improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and AI.
- Participate in code reviews, receive and give constructive feedback to peers.
