THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Solution Architect – Agentic Systems to design and deliver end-to-end AI agent solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs.

This role blends technical architecture, solution design, and customer collaboration — ensuring deployments of multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks are secure, scalable, and business-aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture
    • Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures.
    • Design workflows using multi-agent orchestration, A2A messaging, and tool chaining.
    • Define context and memory strategies for long-running AI processes.
  • Integration Leadership
    • Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SOC tools).
    • Ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.
  • Performance & Scalability
    • Optimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective deployments.
    • Design for high availability and fault tolerance in production.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls in all solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA as applicable).
  • Customer Engagement
    • Act as a trusted advisor for client technical teams.
    • Conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices.
  • Collaboration & Delivery Support
    • Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Interaction Engineers, and Agent Architects to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Provide architectural oversight during implementation phases.

Must-Have

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering.
  • Strong understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge).
  • Proven experience designing RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration.
  • Cloud-native architecture skills (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps.
  • Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas).
  • Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization.
  • Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
