Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong Banking domain expertise to lead end-to-end architecture design across enterprise banking platforms.

This role will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across core banking, digital channels, CRM, integration layers, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with solid banking functional understanding (retail, corporate, payments, lending).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across banking platforms
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Core Banking Systems
  • CRM platforms
  • Payments & Cards systems
  • Middleware / API layers
  • Lead integration strategy between legacy and modern platforms
  • Design hybrid environments (On-Prem + Cloud)
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards
  • Produce high-level and low-level design documentation
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, data, and development teams
  • Provide architecture governance and technical leadership across programs

Required Experience

  • 10–15+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years in Solution Architecture within Banking or Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of retail banking, corporate banking, or digital banking ecosystems
  • Experience with Core Banking platforms (Temenos, Finastra, TCS BaNCS, or similar)
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and middleware architectures
  • Experience working within regulated banking environments

  • DevOps & CI/CD exposure

Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
  • AWS or Azure certifications
