Job Description

Responsible for supporting the VP / Growth Strategy & Collaboration in managing Executive Management forums such as MBR, ensuring materials are prepared on time and to the required level of clarity and detail for decision making and that follow-up projects are executed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Organize periodic executive management forums, making sure all inputs are collected on time and supporting the VP Strategy and Collaboration in the end to end running of such forums
• Take an active role in reviewing and challenging material prepared by departments to make sure it is of adequate quality to be presented in executive forums
• Make sure that all teams involved in producing materials for executive forums comply with the process and adhere to agreed upon SLAs
• Support cross-functional project workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support alignment sessions and workshops with business units as needed
• Prepare clear, high-quality progress updates and reports for the VP and CSO to inform the executive forums on the progress of assigned initiatives
• Support the VP in providing updates to e& UAE CEO and CSO related to the status of implementation of projects identified during executive forums
• Make sure that critical operational issues are resolved on time and provide a regular progress report
• Work with other teams in e& UAE to identify areas to enhance the usefulness of executive forums
• Conduct analysis as needed to support issues and projects detected in executive forums, supporting the VP and CSO
• Build financial models to assess business cases and investment scenarios related to the above
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for executive decision-making
• Assist in the planning, scoping, and execution of enterprise-level strategic and collaboration initiatives detected in the supported executive forums
• Ensure consistency and rigor in performance measurement across initiatives.
• Capture lessons learned from projects and integrate them into best practices and playbooks for future initiatives.
• Make sure that all action points, recommendations, and decisions made in relevant forums are acted upon

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or Business or related
• At least 5 years of experience with strategy, corporate collaboration, product development or project management
