  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with ANTA standards.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage inventory, including replenishment, stock counts, and loss control.
  • Handle staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
  • Monitor store KPIs and provide regular sales reports with improvement suggestions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Country Manager to implement promotions and store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
  • 3+ years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; sportswear/apparel/footwear experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and POS systems.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and use KPIs to drive performance.
  • Good communication skills in English; organized, hands-on, and reliable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
