SportaaS is building the institutional platform for sports investment.

Integrating advisory, capital, proprietary technology and multi-club ownership, the focus is on creating a scalable model for identifying, improving and growing football clubs globally.

The platform is designed to bring structure, consistency and long-term value creation to an emerging asset class.

Role Description

We are seeking a small number of Strategic Investor / Co-Founder partners to join SportaaS at an early stage.

This is not a traditional employment role, but a founding position for individuals who want to actively participate in building and shaping a global platform.

The role is focused on contributing to the strategic direction of the business, supporting growth and working closely on the development of the platform across its core areas.

As part of this, partners will be involved in helping to build relationships, originate opportunities and support the long-term scaling of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall strategy and platform development
• Support investor relationships and capital development
• Help originate opportunities across clubs, partners and investors
• Provide strategic input across key areas of the business
• Act as a long-term partner in building and scaling the platform

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have an investment, entrepreneurial or senior commercial background
• Think in terms of platforms rather than individual transactions
• Have strong networks across business, investment or sport
• Demonstrate a long-term, strategic mindset
• Have a genuine interest in sports as an emerging asset class

This is a founding partner role intended for individuals who are looking to be meaningfully aligned with the platform.

We are seeking partners who are prepared to commit both strategically and financially, with the expectation of making a significant investment alongside the business and taking an active role in its development.

The focus is on building a small group of highly aligned partners with long-term incentives and shared ownership of the platform’s success.

Additional Information

This is a global, remote-first role. While the platform is UAE-based, we are working with partners internationally.

We are intentionally keeping this phase selective, bringing together a small number of aligned partners at the foundation stage before scaling into a broader institutional platform.
