Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in partnership, business development in video or commerce industries.
  • Experience in digital content strategy, and creator branded content strategy.
  • Experience in working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to communicate and influence externally, including public speaking and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage, and nurture relationships with shopping merchants. Identify and develop new business opportunities that expand the shopping ecosystem and benefit both partners and the platform.
  • Negotiate favorable agreements and ensure partnerships are mutually beneficial and sustainable.
  • Develop and share shopping best practices with merchants, and provide guidance on optimizing strategies for success.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, optimize for Return on Investment (ROI), and share data-driven insights with partners. Develop and implement impactful promotional campaigns featuring compelling offers, discounts, and relevant Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
  • Identify and address operational and product-related issues that may impact partners or campaigns.
