Position: Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

RAQ continually seeks to diversify its market presence and portfolio in the Civil Contracting sector.

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to oversee site execution of a high-rise building project involving composite construction (steel + concrete). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural works are executed as per design, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, supervise, and monitor structural works on site, including steel erection, concrete casting, and composite connections.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and site teams to ensure effective execution of design intent.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and provide technical reviews where required.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and other local authority requirements.
• Monitor structural stability, sequencing, and temporary work during erection.
• Provide practical and timely technical solutions to resolve construction challenges on site.
