We are seeking highly experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the energy sector to provide strategic advisory support on regulatory frameworks, sector reforms, and large-scale energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in policy development, regulatory environments, and cross-sector collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory on energy sector policies, regulations, and reforms.
• Contribute to the development and review of national regulatory frameworks.
• Support large-scale infrastructure and transformation projects within the energy sector.
• Conduct international benchmarking and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including government entities and regulatory bodies.
• Offer insights on the UAE energy regulatory landscape and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil & gas, petroleum products, gas regulation, or energy sector strategy.
• Proven experience in policy formulation, regulatory frameworks, and sector reforms.
• Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure or national-level projects.
• Demonstrated ability in cross-agency coordination and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or advising government regulators or energy authorities.
• Background with entities such as DoE, ADNOC, ADNOC Distribution, DMT, or international regulatory bodies.
• Experience in international consulting firms or advisory roles.
