  Purpose:

  The Supervision Civil Engineer role is to ensure the successful execution, and completion of construction projects through meticulous oversight and coordination of all civil engineering activities. This position aims to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. The Supervision Civil Engineer will play a critical role in managing site operations, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate diverse civil engineering tasks on construction sites, encompassing excavation, foundation work, structural engineering, and site development.
  • Enforce strict adherence to project specifications, design drawings, and industry standards to guarantee the quality and integrity of all construction endeavors.
  • Implement robust safety protocols to uphold a secure working environment for all personnel involved in the project.
  • Ensure optimal financial management by closely monitoring project budgets and expenses while adhering to budgetary constraints.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering supervision, with a strong background in construction project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
