Job Title: Supervisor for Painting & Blasting for Ship repairs

Location: Kezad, Abu Dhabi

Industry: Ship repair

Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee surface preparation and coating applications on vessels.
2. Manage painting and blasting crews, ensuring proper supervision and coordination.
3. Oversee sandblasting, hydro-blasting, and other surface preparation techniques prior to painting.
4. Ensure correct application of marine coatings, primers, and anti-corrosion treatments.
5. Inspect surfaces, monitor paint thickness, and verify adherence to quality standards.
6. Have experience in scaffolding.

Qualifications:

1. 5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in marine painting, blasting, and corrosion protection.
2. Diploma and certification in NACE Level 1.
3. Strong understanding of HSE standards.

Experience:

1. Painting & Blasting: 5 years (Required).
