Talent Acquisition Lead (Arabic Speaker) Dubai, UAE (Hybrid) Regional scope: UAE, KSA, Egypt & Tunisia
We are partnering with a leading, global organization to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring strategy and delivery across the Middle East and North Africa region. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and is passionate about building strong, scalable recruitment functions across both onshore and offshore markets.
The role reports directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line into the Regional Head of HR (Dubai), and involves ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple geographies while leading and mentoring a regional TA team. You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategy, improving processes, and ensuring the delivery of top‑tier talent across key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Tunisia
- Manage and develop a small regional Talent Acquisition team
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Drive both onshore and offshore hiring strategies, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire
- Implement best practices across sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, driving continuous improvement
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipelining across the region
- Ensure alignment with global TA strategy while adapting to regional market nuances
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker is a non‑negotiable for this role
- Must be experienced within technology and digital sector
- Great organization skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Bachelor’s degree minimum qualification
- Preferably someone who has experience within startup companies
- 8 years minimum in Talent Acquisition
- Must have strong experience in leading a team
