Talent Sourcing & Selection Manager in Dubai

• Implement people plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and budgeting.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Address employee relations issues with line management.
• Implement, administer, and review corporate policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership for best employment practices.
• Contribute to business planning, budgets, and strategy.
• Partner with managers and Talent Management teams to develop and motivate employees.
• Collaborate with the HR Centre of Excellence to provide integrated HR services.
• Report on KPIs and MBOs to demonstrate performance.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

• Preferably Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
• 6+ years of experience working in HR function handling employee relations, talent
• management, and recruitment activities.
• Certifications in any HR-related programs
• English (Native or Fluent), Arabic (preferred)
