Role Overview

VAT Systems Manager will act as a single point of contact for the Tax Service Provider (TSP) ecosystem, including designing policies for TSP engagement, sustenance, and day-to-day operations management.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the TSP ecosystem within the organization.
• Identify and ensure alignment with policies and compliance requirements for TSPs.
• Prepare affected business areas for transitions due to changes in tax policies and procedures.

Operational Responsibilities

• Design and implement policies, standards, and compliance measures for TSPs.
• Lead TSP engagement activities, including joining and removal procedures, and handle related administrative and policy functions.
• Maintain the TSP database and manage relationships with TSPs.
• Collaborate with the solution architecture team to create frameworks for TSP engagement.
• Lead the accreditation process for organizational software solutions, including management and governance.

Minimum Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in large IT project management, especially managing large application projects in the Gulf region.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Tax Systems Management, Business Process, and Operating Models.
• Experience in Analytics Design and Tax Systems implementation domain.
