Overview

LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR CUM TRAINER — Be the Main Point of Contact for drivers, schedule rosters, solve issues with drivers, train drivers, monitor behavior and other aspects, ensure & review quality and efficiency to meet deliverables on dispatch and delivery, mapping, customer service management.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for drivers.
• Schedule rosters and address scheduling needs.
• Resolve issues with drivers and provide training as needed.
• Monitor driver behavior and performance.
• Review quality and efficiency to meet deliverables on dispatch, delivery, mapping, and customer service management.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Team management skills and experience.
• Logistics / transportation basic knowledge of the UAE market.
