Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader specializing in Off-Plan Properties to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to drive sales, mentor agents, and expand the off-plan property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for off-plan properties to maximize revenue.
- Identify and establish strong relationships with top developers and property investors.
- Oversee the marketing and promotion of off-plan projects to attract potential buyers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
- Conduct property presentations, sales events, and networking opportunities to drive client engagement.
- Guide the team in handling client inquiries, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead generation and digital sales campaigns.
- Manage performance reviews, provide sales training, and offer continuous professional development for agents.
- Stay updated with new off-plan project launches, payment plans, and real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader specializing in Off-Plan Sales.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proven track record of closing off-plan deals with strong sales and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and major developer projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive a sales team.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve a monthly sales target of AED 500,000.
- Skilled in recruiting, onboarding, and training real estate agents.
