JOB DETAILS: TECHNICAL FOREMAN-SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at the worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.

Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities

• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
• Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and other Site Workers
• Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
• Monitoring expenditure and ensuring it remains within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, cost estimates & evaluations
• Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints
• Site supervision & fit‑out execution
• Liaising with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project

Construction Foreman requirements

• Proven experience as a construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works
• Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience
• Excellent knowledge of industry construction operations, techniques, equipment, tools & materials
• Good time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task
• Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
• Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade

Job Type: Full‑time Permanent

Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month plus accommodation, transportation, visa & insurance

Language Preferred: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic will be an advantage
