Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead to support product teams in technical discovery, solution design, and requirement definition. The role involves collaborating with internal and external technology stakeholders, shaping solution approaches, and assisting Project Managers in preparing technical inputs for POCs, RFIs, and RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solution approaches.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to evaluate solution options.
• Define solution architectures, integration approaches, and technical frameworks.
• Support Project Managers in preparing solution requirements, technical proposals, and documentation for POCs, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Review technical deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints during solution design phases.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security considerations are incorporated into solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical background in system architecture, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Experience supporting product or digital transformation teams.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Solid understanding of solution design methodologies and documentation standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
