Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met
• Manage cross‑functional teams—including data engineers, architects, analysts, and partner resources
• Oversee project governance, RAID logs, sprint planning, documentation, and status reporting
• Ensure successful implementation of data platforms, data migration, data integration, or analytics solutions
• Coordinate with client stakeholders in UAE/KSA/Qatar to ensure alignment, delivery readiness, and smooth execution
• Apply industry best practices in project management, agile delivery, and enterprise data project execution
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across projects

Skills / Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years of hands‑on project management delivering Data projects in UAE/KSA/Qatar
• Strong background in data engineering, data platforms, analytics, or related technical environments
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is mandatory
• Experience managing AI/ML-related projects is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Arabic language skills preferred but not mandatory
• Preference for candidates with regional cultural familiarity or prior GCC experience
