Known for innovation, reliability, and technical excellence, the company serves a diverse industrial and commercial client base. With a strong growth trajectory, Oue client is seeking a driven individual to join the team in a pivotal commercial and technical role .
Role Overview
The Technical Sales Manager will drive revenue growth through strategic sales, technical advisory, and customer relationship management. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and technical expertise in adhesives, coatings, and sealants . The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar technical‑commercial role within the industry, preferably working directly with adhesives, coatings, and sealants manufacturer , bringing value and insights to the business.
This position suits a proactive, results‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset , motivated to contribute to both top‑line growth and bottom‑line profitability through performance‑based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and end‑users.
- Provide technical guidance and consultancy to clients regarding products and solutions.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions to maximize profitability.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast, with actionable recommendations.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to explore new business opportunities and optimize margins.
Must‑Have Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 8‑12+ years of experience in a technical‑commercial role within adhesives, coatings, sealants, or a closely related industry.
- Proven track record of working with manufacturers and delivering measurable commercial impact.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and strategic sales skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Self‑driven, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently to achieve business outcomes.
