Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to lead an interdisciplinary development team in Hamburg or remotely. The role involves breaking down complex topics, ensuring clear requirements, and maintaining a Jira board. The ideal candidate has a solid technical understanding, preferably with PHP, and experience with development teams, Kanban, and Jira.

Requirements

  • Solid technical understanding and background in software development
  • Experience with development teams, especially in the backend area
  • Familiarity with best practices such as DDD, BDD, XP, CI/CD, testing strategies, and definition of ready/done
  • Knowledge of Kanban and experience in its practical application in software teams
  • Fluency in German and English
