We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant (Finacle) to join our banking technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking along with hands-on customization, functional understanding, and stakeholder management capabilities. This role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solutioning including requirement analysis, functional design, and implementation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to conduct requirement workshops and ensure alignment
  • Configure and customize Finacle modules based on business requirements
  • Manage delivery timelines, milestones, and coordination across teams
  • Perform Finacle scripting and PL/SQL development for customization and enhancements
  • Handle:
    • Menu customization
    • API integrations and configurations
    • Batch job setup, scheduling, and monitoring
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint ceremonies

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking
  • Expertise in:
    • Finacle Scripting
    • PL/SQL
  • Experience with:
    • API integrations
    • Batch processing
  • Good understanding of DevOps practices (preferred)
  • Exposure to Node.js is a plus

Functional Expertise

  • Strong domain knowledge in:
    • CASA
    • Term Deposits (TD)
    • Loans
    • Limits
    • Collaterals
  • Experience with E-Limits and E-Collaterals modules

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • High ownership and accountability in delivery
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large banking clients or digital banking transformations
  • Familiarity with corporate-assisted banking and digital product delivery
  • Prior experience in UAE/GCC banking projects is an advantage
