This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Supervisor-Airlines at Al Rais Travel & Shipping Agencies LLC located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Ticketing Supervisor-Airlines will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day ticketing operations, managing reservations, coordinating sales activities, and planning events related to airline travel.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Reservations experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of airline ticketing systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in Airlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field
