Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and due diligence for and existing projects.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute non-recourse project finance transactions.
• Develop and run detailed financial models to support investment decisions.
• Negotiate financing term sheets and finalise documentation with banks and advisors.
• Support capital structure planning, budgeting, and long-term financial forecasting.
• Prepare executive-level reports and investment presentations.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including investors,, and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project finance, M&A, or asset portfolio management.
• Proven track record in greenfield/brownfield energy or infrastructure transactions.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience negotiating finance documents.
• Background in investment firms, Big Four, consulting, banking, or energy companies.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA or MBA.
