We are growing at Welldone Fine Chemicals Manufacturing LLC in Kizad, Abu Dhabi (Part of Welldone Chemical Group). We specialize in manufacturing wastewater treatment chemicals.

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of wastewater treatment chemicals across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment chemicals, industrial sales, and market development. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the MENA region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in municipal, industrial, and commercial wastewater treatment sectors. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including government bodies, EPC contractors, and industrial plants. Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to potential clients.
  • Customer & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and product recommendations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize profitability.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 10–12 years in sales of water/wastewater treatment chemicals in the MENA region.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Polyacrylamide, coagulants, flocculants, and other wastewater treatment chemicals.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel up to 50%. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
