A leading developer is expanding its data centre operations globally and requires an Executive HR leader to drive this growth.

This is not a traditional HR role. It is a strategic leadership position focused on building, scaling, and aligning HR functions across multiple regions.

You will report directly to the Chief HR Officer and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s global workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy across USA, GCC, and APAC operations
  • Design and implement organisational structures to support rapid growth
  • Drive workforce planning aligned with business expansion
  • Develop and execute Learning & Development frameworks
  • Build and embed culture across multi-regional teams
  • Lead organisational development initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to support scaling of data centre operations

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of HR experience
  • Currently operating at Director or VP level
  • Mandatory data centre experience, with the last two roles in the sector
  • Experience working across multiple regions (USA, GCC, APAC preferred)
  • Proven ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments
