We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our marketing team, supporting a diverse group of companies. In this role, you’ll edit and create compelling content for several brands, including three real estate brands with potential for even more. Overview

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be creative, proficient in video editing, fluent in both French and English, and possess an understanding of luxury real estate.

Responsibilities

• Edit videos for several brands, incorporating transitions, zooms, and other visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Incorporate motion design elements, including text and pop-ups, using After Effects to enhance video content.
• Demonstrate proficiency in editing various types of content, including vlogs, interviews, podcasts and educational videos.
• Understand and articulate the principles of finance and real estate through the editing process, ensuring clarity and coherence in storytelling.
• Ability to break down longer videos into shorts, with the capability to produce 3-6 shorts from a 30-minute video.
• Manage extensive rushes efficiently to produce high-quality edited content.
• Assist with video shooting setups when needed. It’s a big benefit if you are able to handle shoot setups, although this is not mandatory.
• Opportunity to work on-site or overseas for specific projects.
• Demonstrate a passion for real estate and align with the channel’s content focus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French with a good level of English.
• Proficient in video editing, with experience in AI video editing tools, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through video editing.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
• Passion for real estate and eagerness to contribute to the growth of our social media.
