Job Summary
The role is responsible for leading and supporting operational initiatives and transformation projects within Wealth Management. This includes optimizing end-to-end processes, driving digital and regulatory change, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering strategic projects in alignment with business goals.

This includes optimizing end-to-end processes, driving digital and regulatory change, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering strategic projects in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support transformation initiatives across Wealth Operations (investments, client onboarding, account servicing, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitization.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of operational projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Technology, Product, Front Office) to define requirements and implement solutions.
  • Support regulatory change projects (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MiFID, AML/KYC updates).
  • Prepare project documentation including business cases, impact assessments, and project plans.
  • Track KPIs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes.
  • Ensure risk, control, and compliance frameworks are adhered to across operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Wealth Management Operations or Project/Change Management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies is a plus.
