Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect (RIBA, AIA, ARB or equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and digital tools
• Strong design, technical, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of UAE and KSA regulatory frameworks

Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience
• At least 5 years in the Middle East
• Experience in large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or civic projects

Job Description

Lead architectural design from concept to delivery, ensuring design excellence and technical quality.

Manage multidisciplinary coordination, oversee BIM and technical documentation, and guide project delivery.

Act as a client interface, lead presentations and project strategy, and mentor teams.

Support business development, proposals, and strengthen architectural capabilities across the region.
