As we expand our footprint in the Middle East, we are seeking experienced professionals for infrastructure site supervision roles Dubai and Abu Dhabi on key civil and utility projects in the UAE.
What kind of talent are we looking for?
We are looking for people with integrity, purpose, and a collaborative mindset. People who take initiative, solve problems, and bring technical excellence and real-world practicality to their work.
We welcome general applications from qualified candidates for the following roles:

• Resident Engineer
• Assistant Resident Engineer (Structures /Civils /Utilities)
• Senior Utility / NOC Engineer
• HSE Manager
• QA/QC Material Engineer
• Document Controller

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience in infrastructure and civil site supervision
• Minimum experience requirements ranging from 10 to 20 years (depending on the role)
• Prior involvement in UAE-based projects and understanding of local authority procedures (RTA, ADM, DEWA, Etisalat, etc.)
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering quality, safety, and compliance on site
