Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Linda’s as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor in the community.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties — with a focus on premium villa communities.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
• Provide expert advice on the local market, community lifestyle, and property values.
• Manage property listings, viewings, negotiations, and contract processes.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, honesty, and customer service.
• Act as a community ambassador — helping clients not just with homes but with their transition into neighbourhood life.

Requirements:

• UAE National with a Family Book (Emirati only )
• Passion for real estate, community, and client service
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Motivated, proactive, and organised
• Willingness to learn — no real estate experience required (training provided)
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
