Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sales of Power and Cooling products and services . This role involves working in the field, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical understanding of power and cooling solutions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development & Prospecting:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and presentations to potential clients across various industries (e.g., IT, telecommunications, data centers, industrial).
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and closing of sales.
  • Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:
    • Understand the technical aspects of power and cooling products (e.g., UPS systems , generators, air conditioning units , HVAC systems) and services (e.g., installation, maintenance, upgrades).
    • Provide expert guidance to clients, offering tailored solutions based on their specific requirements and needs.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide after-sales support, ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands in the power and cooling sector.
    • Share insights with the internal team to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
    • Provide regular sales performance reports to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power, cooling, HVAC, or energy solutions industry.
    • Experience selling technical products and services is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and manage key accounts.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client objections effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certifications or training in power, cooling, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Experience working with large corporations, data centers, or critical infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices within the power and cooling sector.
