We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable bar experience. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and comply with all safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong mixology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Create classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Take drink orders and serve guests at the bar and in the dining area when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and utensils
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Check identification of guests to verify legal drinking age
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations at all times
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and upsell beverages and promotions
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines consistently
• Process payments and operate the POS system accurately

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance, positive energy, and strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is an advantage
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is preferred
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
