Experience

5-7 years of experience in Procurement, preferably from the Banking industry (not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities for the organization across assigned spend categories.
• Understand stakeholder and project requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes, collaborating with requestors, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Manage RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) efficiently and timely.
• Strive to obtain the best value through best practice sourcing and compliance with corporate governance.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms, and maintain procurement records and reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers to enhance service levels and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, reporting, and relevant regulations.
• Research market trends and potential vendors to procure quality products at competitive prices.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance controls and reduce costs.
• Regularly review and analyze vendor performance, supply options, and pricing.

Functional Expertise

Knowledge of best practice procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, contract & supplier management, and P2P processes.
