Role Purpose:

A Store Helper in a duct manufacturing industry assists with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and retrieving ductwork materials and supplies . They may also assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and general maintenance of the storage area.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Storing: Unload and store incoming ductwork materials, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment.
• General Maintenance: Keep the storage area clean, organized, and safe by following safety procedures and maintaining equipment.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and locating products when necessary.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and move ductwork materials.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to keep the storage area neat and efficient.
