Job Description

A Waiter/Waitress acts as a Hospitality Ambassador, providing prompt and courteous service to all guests. Their responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets. They work as part of a team across all departments to ensure efficient operations, must have comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities, and continuously develop their professional skills to enhance guest experience. They also ensure a safe, hygienic work environment and uphold guest privacy rights.

Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent service
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Additional Information

Relocation to a remote area may be required.
