The Candidate

We seek a driven self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a creative and critical thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a positive attitude with a flair for ownership and motivation. Outgoing and approachable, you will connect seamlessly with team members and stakeholders to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel in the UAE.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Forbes and LQA standards is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and hotel PMS systems like Opera.
• Understanding of industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ownership of duties.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring standards and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and address areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain records and reports of housekeeping activities.
• Follow safety, health, and confidentiality protocols.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
• Promote a positive team environment and uphold the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ culture.
